The corporate social responsibility initiative was transformed into a global phenomenon representing a holistic approach through Environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG). ESG constitute fundamental role to OBG activity and network of affiliated entities. Maximization of profit should be combined with achievement of environmental and social goals. At the same time the corporation is governed in a way that is consistent with the goals of the diversity, equity, and inclusion, meaning that all employees and participants along the chain, regardless of race, gender, or other demographic attribute, are able to thrive and succeed within the scope of the organization.

Offering support to people in need and organizations, is a gesture that fully expresses the principles not only of OBG itself but its entire workforce as well. Among other, we are proud supporters of the Orange Aid initiative, which aims to stand on the side of minorities and selflessly offer support services to communities all around the world, whether these services concern basic living issues or a general improvement and development of their living conditions.
