1st educational theme park. An idea beyond education.


Orangeland is a worldwide pioneer project seeking to educate kids, consumers, students in basic knowledge of farming as well as farmers in agroindustrial best practices.

The pilot project is established in the area of Sparta Laconia. Orangeland Sparta is the first open factory. Orange land key idea is to offer to the visitors the opportunity to
>   get in contact with Orange Life Cycle, starting with its cultivation all the way to the fruit’s processing to produce orange juice,
>   to understand the fruit’s importance and its contribution to community and local society’s economy and wealth,
>   to take advantage of orange land’s modern facilities for R&D and develop further related studies.

It is a highly educational theme park that offers to the public the chance to experience unique time/vacations through an agro-industrial cultural perspective. A “trademark” that establishes and strengthens even more the “orange state” character of each land and becomes a daily / weekend “going out” choice. A healthy – educational - recreational idea.

The proposed, ambitious project is an inspirational proposal of an agro-industrial program designed to promote orange cultivation and production, accompanied with the open to the public orange processing factory. It serves as a cost effective investment, which highlights beauties & heritage of the region, sightseeing, local business, economic activity and modern life. This ambitious project contributes to the financial enhancement and commercial development of the region by increasing tourism in low season. It represents a profitable investment giving emphasis on synergies with local business entities in order to boost regional economy in the low season. Therefore, potential new investments, job openings, economic growth , boost in employment and discretionary income in the community are some of the major benefits that Orangeland program is responsible for! But above all, its main characteristic is to promote globally, the privilege of this precious fruit, orange!

We also organize with devotion the Orange festival which kicked off in 2016 in Laconia, Greece. A wide program of activities and events for children, adolescents, adults, agriculture professionals as well as visitors throughout the whole area, an area worldwide famous for its golden fruit: the orange. It urges the children and the visitors to discover and learn about it, to taste and appreciate orange's unique value.

The whole "journey" of the orange, from the earth to our table, is an extraordinary procedure and the Festival aims to share this amazing experience over entertainment, sports, education and art through a variety of events.
